Why Most People Fail (and How to Fix It)

What is the number reason why people don’t succeed in reaching their goals?

1. They don’t spend time actually thinking about them. They keep them in their head
2. Because they don’t write them down they can’t give enough time to consider if that goal is what they really want
3. Because they don’t do this that they don’t have a compelling reason for getting a goal

In our first session with our new client on the psychology of personal performance and goal attainment.

It was an enlightening session for the team as we went into the aspect of developing our IDENTITY, of who we wanted to become and why.

As one of the team members said “ this is real deep” and it made them address all the other areas in their life that was either impacting directly or indirectly on their performance.
Another team member mentioned that they goal that they thought was important, realised it wasn’t.

When clients go through this session, often it triggers all types of emotions and often leads to reevaluation of priorities… in a good way.

So what’s the result?
