The Art of Delighting Clients: Going Beyond the Sale

Your work isn't done the moment you sell.

That's just a step in the process. You still need to deliver what you promised and create an incredible client experience. So follow through until the client is delighted.

Creating an amazing client experience isn't super difficult, but you do need to be disciplined. Make sure you:

- Fulfill every promise on time
- Have quick response times - don't ever let a client go 24 hours without a response (even if that response is that you'll come back to them later)
- Take responsibility for any issues that pop up along the way and address them extremely quickly

If you can deliver in those three key areas, you've probably got a customer for life!
