Strategic Triangle for Goal Achievement

Why do you need to focus on 3 areas to remove the anxiety of going after your goals?

In the recent training I did with the sales team at GenesIT we explored goal setting in which I provided a powerful roadmap for achieving success, and here are the key takeaways from the session:

The Strategic Triangle:
Outcome: This is your destination. Define your ultimate objective with specificity. Whether it's a career milestone, personal development goal, or entrepreneurial ambition, paint a clear picture of your desired outcome.

Performance: This is your engine. Cultivate the right mindset and mental agility to navigate challenges. Embrace rejection as a learning opportunity and maintain unwavering positivity to fuel your drive. These can be broken up into four areas: technical, physical, mental and tactical.

Process: This is your roadmap. Craft a strategic plan with actionable steps and measurable milestones. Consistency is key; ensure your actions align with your goals, and regularly monitor your progress for course correction. These are important because you have 100% control over them.
