Mastering Your Mindset: How to Navigate Life’s Challenges with Positivity

It's easy to feel like our mindset is constantly up and down, and that there's nothing we can do about it. The truth is, life throws challenges at us, and we can't avoid them all, but we don't have to let them ruin our days or our lives.

So how do you change your mindset?

First, recognise that things aren't going to go well all the time - and they won't!

Second, understand that your feelings are just feelings - they're not facts. They may be telling you something important about yourself or the situation, but they aren't necessarily true.

Thirdly: change your focus! Instead of focusing on what went wrong, focus on what could go right next time.
