Change Comes from Within

In business or in life, we’ve all been in a situation where we needed change.
The things that used to work before aren’t taking us any further. But we have no idea what to do about it.
Many sales people run into this issue quite often before they sought out Frontier Performance. They wanted to figure out how to initiate true change. We address this in a session where we went through what change looks like in the first place.

You’d be surprised how few people get this right.
You see, the thing that makes you want to change is an external circumstance. You might have a problem landing more clients. Or you may have a hard time just getting out of bed and showing up.
You might assume that it’s just the situation. Then it’s natural to think you only have to change the conditions and all will be good.

However, that’s not how it works.
You might be able to change a bad situation. But another one will come up soon. You’ll have to deal with that one and all the ones that come after it.
Sounds like a constant struggle, doesn’t it?
That’s because true change doesn’t come from changing external circumstances.

It must come from within you.
Unless you change your inner self-talk and beliefs, you’ll hit one slump after another.
But if you rewire your brain for good, you’ll be unstoppable.

Don’t get me wrong. You’ll still run into bad situations. But they’ll take much less effort to overcome. It’s not about what happens, but how you react to it. First, you have to learn how to change from within – and then external circumstances will change as a natural consequence.
