Tom started his career in sales and through his successes was promoted into management and eventually Board directorships.

She has worked at all levels, from strategic marketing planning through to sales plans implementation with a strong focus on business-to-business services industries.

Rosemary started her career as district school counsellor helping children with learning, social and behavioural issues.
